"Good place"Apr 14, 2016

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Land Transport Authority full-time for more than a year

Pros

Fulfilling work and nice perks like virtually free public transport

Cons

Usual red-tape but it's expected

Advice to Management

Look after the young engineers!

"Executive"Aug 2, 2015

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Singapore Power full-time

Pros

Good staff benefit such as 18 days AL, 4 days family care leave. A place for retirement or if you decided to settle down and spend more time with your family.

Cons

Top heavy. No clear vision of the company's direction.

Advice to Management

Engage employees and listen.
