More and more signs of becoming a larger firm lack of Transparency with employees and corporate jargon being used by managers

A lot of training and good work-life balance

Cons

it's hard to move up the company very fast. everyone at the top is happy with their jobs and doesn't appear to be going anywhere. that being said the company is growing fast so if you want to move up... quickly you have to be willing to move.
