Great Program for the empowerment of Sands Employees at any level.

Cons

Add more classes geared toward todays technology, understanding the IOT for people who are not familiar beacuse of age, with today evolving computer trends.

Advice to Management

Keep adding classes to empower employees to learn about other departments.

Advancement is available, I moved through many different positions which enable me to understand the service business. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting new people and the work I did there.

Work was not divided evenly, or upheld to the same standards as everyone.
