Pros
Normally with large corporations, you miss the inclusion aspect that most smaller companies naturally have, but Leggett & Platt is different. There are 140+ branches, yet each branch feels like... they play a key role in the overall success of the company and branches are able to contribute ideas to the functions of the company. All upper management are welcoming and approachable, which is refreshing for a company this size. In addition to this, there is an open dialog about career opportunities within the company and that creates loyalty.
Cons
There are always trade offs to working for a great company and unfortunately, Leggett is not an exception to this. Compensation is something that there is room for improvement. In the past year,... there have been some positive changes that have resulted in wage increases for certain roles to bring them closer to what other comparable positions pay in the area.
Pros
Management is great to work with as there is so much opportunity to grow from.

Changes come without notice from management.
