Pros

Employees are awesome, many friendships developed! Company events are great, picnic with food games and prizes, holiday parties, Owners take you to lunch for your work anniversary. Paid vacation... time, great benefits!

Cons

As per a previous reviewer stated, a vacation was denied because of workload for an individual, but we are all warned of the times of year that this could happen. But this reviewer tried to say that... it was due to favoritism, which is not true.

Advice to Management

You are doing a great job. Been here over 2 years and love my job, the company and the people! It is too bad ex-employees try to blame the company for their mistakes and not taking responsibility... for their work or lack of work ethic.
