Current Employee - Telephonic Account Executive

I have been working at LexisNexis Legal & Professional full-time for more than a year

Pros

Culture is great. Management understands what it takes to make their people happy to improve productivity. Time off, benefits, holiday parties, quality pay and company events all make it feel like a... family atmosphere despite being a huge company.

Cons

With most places there are instilled biases and you have to earn your way. There could be some favoritism but to discuss it further wouldn't result in any changes because they are subtle. With most... places of employment, management will have these faults, and they are just natural human biases. I just wish it didn't affect me.

Advice to Management

Territories need stricter structure. Protect the business within my territory. Find ways to help maximize revenue within each territory or readjust territories so that they are fair.

Current Employee - Director

I have been working at Wolters Kluwer full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great people, good benefits, ability to grow across divisions.

Cons

Nothing stands out as negative.

Advice to Management

Take advantage of the experience staff around you.
