Pros

They care about the customers and their employees. This review is from a real person btw. I am not listing any cons because I have nothing but good things to say about Liberty Mutual

Cons

It’s a large company, but the local offices are small. Depends on how you feel about that.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what y’all are doing. There has to be an easier way to try other jobs within the company in order to find the best fit.

I have been working at Accredo Health full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Its a pro that Cigna has bought Accredo and there merging I see great changes already.

Cons

There definitely should be a grace period clocking in. There's about 700 employees to a limited amount of time clocks

Advice to Management

Promote people that actually know the function of the job.
