Pros
This company prides itself in it's customer satisfaction! I have learned so much when interacting with members. They hold their managers and staff to a high standard.

Sometimes the "corporate" side of the company fails to take the hourly/on-site employees opinions and special aspects of the club location

Opportunities to get involved in multiple projects depending upon interests, challenging, wonderful supervisor, excellent pay and benefits, definitely value work-life balance, very friendly and... supportive co-workers.
