I worked at Life Time part-time for more than 5 years

Pros

hands on experience, gain knowledge of customer service skills, free membership, active and engaging job (camps)

attitude of members isn't always welcoming, management isn't always the best (I had good and bad managers) low salary

Former Employee - Ag Research Farm Hand

I worked at Montana State University part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great work experience and flexible hours for students

A lot of transition between employees leads to a somewhat unorganized workspace. It could be better now though.
