Current Employee - Marketing

Pros

Recognizes a need for re-invention and innovation. Investing resources and attention in innovation. Much more healthy and stable than most outsiders realize.

Cons

Organization currently in transition, so people who struggle with change and ambiguity may be stressed in this environment at present. External parties and former customers assume it's struggling.

Current Employee - HR Senior Specialist

Pros

WVUS is one of the best organizations I've worked for. The work is challenging but fulfilling. I enjoy the mission. We have weekly chapel which is great. I feel paid fairly for my skills and the... benefits are great. Love the time off policy. Flexible hybrid schedule.

Cons

Wish leadership was a bit more involved and connected more with regular staff. Would love to see rewards for milestone anniversaries. Would love more travel to the field and the opportunity to see... the work. Christian work culture can be passive aggressive.
