Featured Review

Current Employee - CNC Machinist

I have been working at Lincoln Electric full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great Company to work for

Cons

Great for people that like to swing shift

Former Employee - Software Engineer

I worked at Macquarie Group full-time for less than a year

Pros

Everyone is on top of their game and is very smart. This is the place to be if you are ... also very smart and hardworking.

Cons

Surprise mass layoffs out of nowhere. If the town hall meetings hint at small profit margins, start looking for internal mobility or other jobs asap. Poor medical benefits.

Advice to Management

Management isnt stupid. Nobody in this company is stupid. If something is wrong, it is intentional.
