Current Employee - Engineering Leadership Development Program

I have been working at Lockheed Martin full-time for more than a year

Pros

To keep this short and sweet. We get good pay, good benefits, and good work. It'll never be be "perfect" job, because it's so large they can't mold it to your needs. Understand that it's a massive... company with all the associated struggles. Beyond that, there are plenty of opportunities, but you have to learn to look for them and take them. LM will not hand you opportunities on a silver platter.

Cons

If you want fast paced, long hours, and high pay then go somewhere else. If you want to work a solid job and with solid benefits and time then go to LM.

Current Employee - Library Clerk

I have been working at Pensacola State College part-time for less than a year

Pros

It is the most peacefully place I have ever worked. The Milton campus library is more of a warm and inviting atmosphere. They are family here, they care about their employees, students, and patrons.... If you want to work somewhere you can have a stress-free experience, feel like part of the family, have down time to further your educational goals, be surround by intellectual individuals, and learn something new everyday, look no further!

Cons

If you are a person who does not care for quietness, does not know how to make good use of down time, are not a team player, and needs constant supervision, this is not for you, as the only rushes... we get are during dual enrollment periods.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, I truly have no complaints.
