What Employees Say
I have been working at Barton Associates full-time
This is not just a job, but a career. If you work hard, and can communicate via phone, you will do well here. You also have to be coachable and willing to learn. I have been with the company for... many years and have seen continued success for a number of individuals throughout my tenure here. I was hired right out of college and stuck with Barton because I was able to grow within the company as well as grow my earnings year after year.
This job is not for everyone, and that's ok. If you are afraid of communicating via the phone, or are unable to grasp the job, there's nothing wrong with that. Do not blame the company if this job... is not the right fit for you. This job is not for everyone - you have to be competitive in nature, willing to work hard, and not be scared of communicating via telephone. If you do not encompass these qualities, this job may not work out for you. Embrace that and move on, instead of blaming the company and the management.
Advice to Management
Management has drastically improved throughout the years. Make sure the right individuals are in management. Managing is more than just managing numbers & answering questions all day. It's... leading by example, being able to grow and develop a team, and keeping good employees, not losing them.
