Current Employee - Marketing Manager

I have been working at London Capital Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

Very innovative company. Stays ahead of the curve in the trading industry despite difficult market conditions. The place to be for ambitious people. International team of experts.

Cons

Required skills in marketing are above average. I don't recommend for beginners in marketing. The market is moving fast, and marketing needs to be reinvented on a regular basis.

Advice to Management

Bring more help and education to the new joiners. Increase the number of team building events. Improve our employee evaluation.

"VP Sales"Feb 11, 2016

I worked at ADS Securities

Pros

Big reputation in fx Strong marketing budgets Generous pay master. Good holidays and perks and structured policies

Cons

Position and role is given on relationship and not merit. Not a great place for non arabic employees. Sales Directors give more priority to office hours than productiveness

Advice to Management

Role, Progress and growth should be made on merit and not on favorable relationships. Top HR is rude and is in a invincible position.
