Pros

* Good pay, retirement is amazing. * My immediate co-workers are great at work and outside of work.

Cons

Many people have been with the County for a number of years and can be very set in their ways. Many try to do the bare minimum to finish the workday.

Advice to Management

Try to push employees to get out of their comfort zone
