"Great company all around"Feb 15, 2019
I have been working at Rooms To Go full-time for less than a year
Pros
More competent management than in similar industries. Competitive pay. Relaxed environment. They seem to care about their employees.
Cons
If you can’t handle physical labor RTG is not for you. Nearly every job is physically demanding.
Advice to Management
So far so good. Maybe have more structured training. I’ve noticed a large knowledge gap between employees of the same grade.
