Cons

Scheduled to work 95+ percent of weekends last 8 months as a part timer unless requested time off at least 3 weeks in advance. Frequently short staffed.

Advice to Management

Keep innovating. Great work in developing millenials/staff such as with track to trades program. Like the incentivizing on the front end.
