Featured Review

Current Employee - Senior Director

I have been working at Loyola University Chicago full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Very talented and committed faculty, purpose-driven students, and dedicated staff.

Cons

As at most places, communication could be better. Recently, the president and top management seem to have taken this to heart and more communication and outreach it taking place. It is a challenge... at a three-campus, decentralized university with tons of management layers.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work improving regular communication with the community.

Former Employee - Advising
