Pros

I appreciate that this company actually lives their mission and values as compared to others who just post them on a wall. It is a family owned company that values their employees like they are part... of the family. I love that.

Cons

Some people get away with inconsistency in living the values, and it sometimes appears they aren't being coached or guided or held accountable for getting better. Maybe they are and I just don't know.
