Out of all the casinos I’ve worked for on the strip, MGM definitely cares the most about their employees. They really offer numerous ways for you to grow, with management courses, tuition... reimbursement, and even mentorship opportunities.
The worst part of working here is workforce, which is the department that controls your schedule. There’s no flexibility, so it makes it difficult to go to school or have a second job.

Once climbing the ladder into upper management, it becomes clear that experience & knowledge are not the most important attributes for promoting… who you golf with and gender tend to get you much... further.
