Featured Review

Current Employee - I T

I have been working at MGM Resorts International full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

soooo much to learn everyday, never boring!!

Cons

you might see it as hard work if you don't enjoy being challenged, in which case you don't fit within IT in a progressive company

Former Employee - Area Director of Sales

I worked at Interstate Hotels & Resorts full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Lots of options for advancement or transfer.

Cons

The company has grown very large very fast. The human resources department is difficult and biased in terms of treatment of employees and managers.

Advice to Management

Look into training for managers and how they can better help their employees.
