Current Employee - I T

I have been working at MGM Resorts International full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

soooo much to learn everyday, never boring!!

Cons

you might see it as hard work if you don't enjoy being challenged, in which case you don't fit within IT in a progressive company

Security Officer

I worked at The Westgate Hotel

Pros

It was a great place to work for. Top management did many things to keep employees happy and motivated. There was a great deal of friendship among employees.

Cons

In the security department (unsure about other departments) the majority, if not all, disliked and talked very poorly about people who were in charge. Specially Head Director. As the new one,... everyone made it a point to express their dislike for people in charge.

Advice to Management

Listen to their workforce; advises and concerns. the employees are the ones who represent the company and who will please or upset customers.
