Featured Review

Current Employee - Space Systems Engineer

I have been working at MITRE full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

No end to challenging problems to solve, with smart people working on them. I often feel like I'm the dumbest person in the room among my colleagues. Lots of opportunities to branch out into other... types of work. The pay is good and the benefits always seem to beat out other companies I look at.

Cons

Not many I can think of. If you're not a very social person, the flexibility of work options can make it tough to find project work.

Current Employee - Software Test Engineer

Pros

Challenging, thoughtful work in hard science environment

Cons

None, unless you do not like challenging, thoughtful work.
