Pros
If you want to put in a lot of hours and get OT it’s great! I love it.
Cons
If you want to only work 40 hours a week…probably go into a different industry.
Advice to Management
Keep work from home most days. Maybe rotate people into the office so everyone does 2-3 days until at least the end of the year.
