Former Intern - Intern

I worked at MSLGROUP for more than a year

Pros

Beautiful office, kind colleagues, great resume builder

Cons

Very corporate feel, didn't have other interns to interact with

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at MSLGROUP India full-time

Pros

Exposure to a wide variety of roles and clients at an entry-level role. The company puts an insane amount of stress and responsibility on you in the first 1-2 months (as is expected in the field); in... my opinion, this would make or break a person's decision to work in PR. However, once you overcome that hurdle, you begin to appreciate and enjoy the work you do for MSL. The company strives to create a strong foundation for people starting out in PR ,and succeeds in doing so.

Cons

Compensation is on the lower side, although I believe that I didn't negotiate very well at the beginning, giving way to a somewhat lower growth curve. Management is focused on "the talk" more than... "the walk", which I feel may lead to talented people being overlooked.
