Management is low-pressure, they trust people to get their work done and it works. Co-workers are friendly and easy to get along with. WFH seems to be here to stay.

Albany was a wonderful taste of Nursing and I recommend any prospective Nurses work as a PCA first, whether here or another location. Albany Medical Center was a very energetic place to work, with a... motivated team for care and excellent trainers.
Cons
The only downside for me was the understaffed nights- it can be really tough/near impossible to get to all your patients but luckily the Nurses mostly didn't mind helping get vitals if I was alone on... the floor.
