Current Contractor - IT Consultant

Pros

Management is low-pressure, they trust people to get their work done and it works. Co-workers are friendly and easy to get along with. WFH seems to be here to stay.

Cons

Meetings can run a bit longer and more frequently than needed, which can be a bit draining.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

Pros

Culture seems good. The work is very interesting. The company is big into promoting from within and recognizing hard work. Bonus eligibility. Medical benefits are good. 401k match is excellent.... Hybrid Remote is very nice and works well. Work life balance is good for many positions.

Cons

The time off is absolutely awful. 3 weeks of vacation with only one week of carryover. 1 week of sick and no carry over. You’re eligible for a 4th week of vacation at 10 years. 5th week at 20.
