Great team of professionals - it was a joy to work with Nature editors Nice office Reasonable working hours Access to Lynda courses

Quite poor IT support: it can take ages to get a new keyboard or software update My salary was at the market rate

Advice to Management

Although cross-functional communications in NPG are quite good, it may be worth to review how projects are run. A centre of excellence may help to share the best practices in project management.
