Great place to work, They care about their employee a lot, very friendly ambiance. Great perks.

Cons

Physically tiring sometimes. Pay could be a little higher for the amount of work.

Pros

Great discount! 401k is company matched. Health, vision, and dental insurance is awesome at an affordable price. Amazing bonus and contest incentives. Encourages volunteer work and will pay your for... 8 hrs of volunteer work per year! Great company to work for if you have a good work ethic and want a company that promotes from within. Performanced based company so you get noticed for your efforts instead of being passed on for someone that has been there longer.

Cons

Like all retain, there are times when you work a lot of hours. If the store is short staffed or not performing where it needs to be but that is to be expected.

Advice to Management

Raise the commission percentage! Let the employees give themselves a raise!
