Current Employee - QA Lead/Senior QA Analyst

I have been working at Mailchimp full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The culture is great and it promotes a lot of harmony in the engineering teams. Our CEO is very down to earth and is very good at empathizing with all the employees. The bonuses and benefits are... great and have not stopped in spite of the pandemic. The culture promotes a lot of learning and development no matter what the gender. Their DE&I initiatives for this year look very promising. I am proud to work at this company.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Former Employee - Art Director

I worked at BrightWave full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

BrightWave had an amazing "family" culture. It was the nicest agency I've ever worked for. The collaboration and teamwork were out of this world!

Cons

BrightWave also had some of the cattiest / gossipy employees—which, includes management. People were afraid of confrontation and simply talking to one another.

Advice to Management

You should have kept BrightWave instead of selling to Ansira. We had something special, but it's gone now. You sold out.
