- people & culture is amazing - flexibility for hybrid & remote working - great for work/life balance and family time - career growth and promotions - leaders are very approachable - Cork... office in particular is a really lovely place to work (and fantastic snacks too, and catered lunches once a week) - lots of opportunities to get involved in employee resource groups, DE&I activities and fun committees for Great Place to Work etc - lots of compensation & benefits(health insurance etc), great maternity leave cover
