Given many months to learn the software, assigned a mentor/preceptor after training period ends. Amazing health and dental benefits. Paid for travel (flight, meals, accommodation). Everyone was... helpful, didn't seem too competitive as everyone wanted others to do well.
Cons
Not many client facing opportunities after training. Time zone differences took time to adjust to. Lack of job security as layoffs are sudden and frequent.
