Helping patients is rewarding, it's a fairly relaxed and casual workplace, and it's not terribly difficult work.
Cons
There is no opportunity for any sort of advancement. You will have to endure the crazy rantings of the doctor, who, while he means well, is slightly out of touch with reality. There's little you can... do that would be bad, and if you try to go above and beyond, you will get screamed at. Demoralized and depressed, you'll learn to just not rock the boat. (Or do anything for that matter).
