Former Employee - Sales Associate/Cashier

Pros

Not hard to get a job here, if you're a dependent or know someone to refer you, you're pretty much guaranteed. Spouses are pretty much waved in, despite some having some extremely snobby personas and... zero personality. Relatively easy job, either stocking or working a register, the hardest part is dealing with a few very arrogant customers, who will treat you rudely irregardless of how kind and polite you are. Keep a positive and friendly attitude at all times and you will do just fine. Mostly great coworkers as well, you'll become close with your co-workers.

Cons

You cannot get a part-time job here. You WILL be placed as "flex" meaning, you work a max of 28 hours per week, no benefits, no PTO, no sick days, nothing. I can't think of a single employee who's... been given part-time. If you are an "NF-1", without a full year of supervisor experience, you cannot advance to an NF-2 position. They will not even give you an interview. Meaning, from an entry-level position there is absolutely NO job advancement. You would make more working at a fast food place, and get more benefits as well. Prepare to come into work anxious everyday as write-ups are handed out left and right, for the smallest errors such as "messy hair", or "forgot to check customer I.D.". You'd better be tough, and get ready to be held to military work standards if you want a job here.
