Former Employee - Project Manager

I worked at MarketSource full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Great company to work for and I would work for them again. Executive Team and management are easy to work. What the company offers for benefits is top-notch. Everyone loves the company and treast... each other as family.

Cons

I would have liked to have seen the company do more promoting from within rather than hiring from the outside or pulling in from the parent company.

Advice to Management

Look at and promote employees from within and give them the opportunity to lead and manage where applicable.

Former Employee - Brand Manager

I worked at MRP full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Wealth of Training Resources Exposure to Largest IT Companies in the World Great Office Space and Great Location Management Willing to Help You Grow Internal Promotion Tracks

Cons

Bad Communication between Departments Typical Sales Culture

Advice to Management

I think this company has so much untapped potential and is a great spot to gain very useful experience. As long as senior management begins to align better with lower management, this company will... reach its potential and then some. I grew so much as a person and professional in my three years at MRP. I took advantage of the wealth of resources provided, worked hard, and my superiors were there for me every step of the way. Start hiring account executives who are willing to work hard, learn about technology, and view this company as a springboard to a great future in IT sales/marketing. Stop hiring kids who are just looking for a 9-5, and are barely qualified, and the company culture will shift to something more exciting and dynamic.
