I have been working at Mars full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great starting paid time off amount, great health insurance, above average compensation and employee profit sharing. Also higher than normal 401k match.

Cons

Rotating shifts can upset work/life balance.

Servant leadership is a great way to fulfill the needs of your associates and the needs of your customers.

-Lots of Responsibility from very early on -Great compensation plans -Amazing office location with very smart people -Great opportunities to advance your career from very early on

Cons

-Very unclear long term strategy -Most of management is not very experienced actually managing/leading people -Lots of unnecessary reporting

Advice to Management

People are excited about this new CEO/Management change. Use it as an opportunity to really change things around and push the Company forward. You say people are your number one priority going... forward: make sure you live up to that!
