Nothing they are GARBAGE!!!!!!!
Underpay their employees & do not treat employees fairly. Terrible managements and also the company was sold without the employees having a notice of it happening. The same week the employees were... told that the owner had just sold the company, layoffs began immediately. Regularly lied to employees saying there are huge contracts coming in and then all of a sudden in 2 days there would be no work to do. Sent home multiple times first thing in the morning right after clocking in. Very unorganized. Mess up paychecks on a regular basis. For the first year, you almost always get a raise at every 90 day review, but after that first year they stop. Their idea of "random" drug testing is not random at all. All the employees talk behind your back and make up stories. Also if you get hurt on the job, kiss your job goodbye. They treat you differently the second you need to file for work comp!
Advice to Management
Keep your employees informed of what is going on at all times, do not try to hide anything! Treat employees fairly Give raises when necessary. Do not tell employees they are doing great and then... next have them concerned about their job. Learn what is LEGAL VS. ILLEGAL in the world of business. Run your company like a place people want to work, not want to get out of at their first opportunity.
