Featured Review

Former Employee - Crew

I worked at McDonald's part-time for more than a year

Pros

Being a part-time worker allowed students to focus on other important things such as school while earning money to support themselves.

Cons

The customer service experience can be bad depending on the area.

Advice to Management

Please listen to your crew more.

Former Employee - Store Manager

I worked at Starbucks full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great benefits, wonderful stock options, fair compensation (for particular high volume stores) Great culture and Community

Cons

No work life balance. If a partner called out then it was known that the store manager had to fill in. This created overworked, stressed out, burned out management. This then created negativity... within the workplace. There were also promises of promotions that never came to reality.
