Featured Review

I have been working at McKesson

Pros

Really great people working on things that matter. Commitment to patients, employees and shareholders. I have never met nicer people who are empathetic, positive and believe in the greater good.... Brian Tyler is a breath of fresh air and is trying to advance the culture.

Cons

Still very federated with incentives and goals aligned to individual goals.

Advice to Management

Truly get enterprise focused. Set incentive plans at the enterprise level. Reorganize functionally and reward leaders for collaboration and peer relationships. Reduce shadow functions (like HR or IT)... by having them be paid outside of the function.

I have been working at PlushCare full-time

Pros

- Have a direct impact on improving the health of thousands of people every week. - Work with fun/smart people who are passionate about the mission. - High performers recognized and provided growth... opportunities. - Opportunity to work on big projects. - Unlimited PTO, flexible WFH policy and daily catered lunches.

Cons

- There are so many things going on that it's hard to know what's the most important.

Advice to Management

- Continue to hire strong/experienced talent as that will continue to attract other great people.
