Featured Review

I have been working at McKesson

Pros

Really great people working on things that matter. Commitment to patients, employees and shareholders. I have never met nicer people who are empathetic, positive and believe in the greater good.... Brian Tyler is a breath of fresh air and is trying to advance the culture.

Cons

Still very federated with incentives and goals aligned to individual goals.

Advice to Management

Truly get enterprise focused. Set incentive plans at the enterprise level. Reorganize functionally and reward leaders for collaboration and peer relationships. Reduce shadow functions (like HR or IT)... by having them be paid outside of the function.

Former Employee - Facilities Engineer

I worked at Riverside Healthcare full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Great access to management and internal promotion opportunities.

Cons

Small town with some politics.
