Pros

Really great people working on things that matter. Commitment to patients, employees and shareholders. I have never met nicer people who are empathetic, positive and believe in the greater good.... Brian Tyler is a breath of fresh air and is trying to advance the culture.

Cons

Still very federated with incentives and goals aligned to individual goals.

Advice to Management

Truly get enterprise focused. Set incentive plans at the enterprise level. Reorganize functionally and reward leaders for collaboration and peer relationships. Reduce shadow functions (like HR or IT)... by having them be paid outside of the function.

Pros

You'll learn most of your nursing skills. You'll learn how to prioritize & manage your time. You'll learn how to communicate well with other care providers (in or outside the facility)

Cons

Short staffed, Payroll problems.

Advice to Management

Fix your time clock machine and payroll department. We're being paid less most of the time. We have no idea how we missed punch for 4 days and letting us know that its our fault. I would understand... if it was only me, not knowing it was everyone who had the same issue.
