"Project Support"Oct 13, 2016

Former Intern - Anonymous Intern

I worked at ABeam Consulting

Pros

Onsite with client project experience Working directly with project team Not just busy work but given actual responsibility to contribute to the project's success

Cons

Slow start, the project was already in a busy stage and a lot of the team members were swamped with work and could not focus right away in training.

Advice to Management

Designate a member of the team (who has enough time) to help get the intern up to speed in the project
