- Some of the smartest, kindest people I have ever met - Just being there takes your thinking, communication, and effectiveness to the next level

Cons

- The work is challenging - The days are long and you will work at night - Expect to be on the road 4 days a week

Pros

Work life balance is great for consulting standard. Seniors are super down to earth and love to provide coaching. Firm cares about employees well being and finding ways to improve. Good pay.

Cons

Stressful when on project, but it’s nature of the work.
