Featured Review

Current Employee - Conflcits Atty

I have been working at McKinsey & Company full-time for more than a year

Pros

Lots of developmental opportunities. Most folks really care about you - have made a lot of great friends here. Incredible exposure at a young age.

Cons

Long work hours - lack of focus on lifestyle from many older partners at the Firm

Advice to Management

Focus on retention - this means adjusting scope sometimes, having bigger teams, etc. Better lifestyle for all will drive the future growth of the Firm

Former Contractor - Business Intelligence Analyst

I worked at Korn Ferry for more than a year

Pros

Given guidance and then left to get on with it. Learned a lot about SQL Server from the very senior DBA on site. Able to work from home as most of my co-workers were in other offices anyway.

Cons

None that I can think of.
