Featured Review

Current Employee - Conflcits Atty

I have been working at McKinsey & Company full-time for more than a year

Pros

Lots of developmental opportunities. Most folks really care about you - have made a lot of great friends here. Incredible exposure at a young age.

Cons

Long work hours - lack of focus on lifestyle from many older partners at the Firm

Advice to Management

Focus on retention - this means adjusting scope sometimes, having bigger teams, etc. Better lifestyle for all will drive the future growth of the Firm

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at LAC Group full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Senior management at LAC really care about there employees and it shows.

Cons

They are moving from a pure staffing model to professional services, but a lot of the revenue still comes from staffing, so job security can be an issue of you are working onsite.
