I have been working at McKinsey & Company full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The benefits are unmatched. Colleagues are smart, helpful, & supportive. The work is interesting.

Cons

Work life balance is a challenge

Intern

I worked at Mercer for less than a year

Pros

You have the opportunity to work on multiple projects with allows you to gain a lot of experience and exposure in a short period of time. The team was very supportive and had a great culture.

Cons

Mostly focused on compensation, pay, rewards, etc. which is not a Con but this particular subset of HC consulting is their bread and butter. Just something to be aware of.
