Featured Review

Former Employee - Engagement Manager

I worked at McKinsey & Company full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Toughest problems. Smartest people. Best solutions.

Cons

Work life balance is not a pro.

Current Intern - Actuarial Intern

I have been working at Mercer for less than a year

Pros

I interned in the health line of business. Would highly recommend; internship was educational, fun, and highly rewarding. I was able to do the work of a full time analyst, see projects through from... beginning to end, and send decks that I'd assembled directly to clients.

Cons

Working in employee benefits means less exposure to broader actuarial functions.
