I have been working at McKinsey & Company full-time for more than a year

Pros

Lots of developmental opportunities. Most folks really care about you - have made a lot of great friends here. Incredible exposure at a young age.

Cons

Long work hours - lack of focus on lifestyle from many older partners at the Firm

Advice to Management

Focus on retention - this means adjusting scope sometimes, having bigger teams, etc. Better lifestyle for all will drive the future growth of the Firm

Great program, got the chance to network with many people in the company, really utilized my time well there.
