Current Employee - Conflcits Atty

I have been working at McKinsey & Company full-time for more than a year

Pros

Lots of developmental opportunities. Most folks really care about you - have made a lot of great friends here. Incredible exposure at a young age.

Cons

Long work hours - lack of focus on lifestyle from many older partners at the Firm

Advice to Management

Focus on retention - this means adjusting scope sometimes, having bigger teams, etc. Better lifestyle for all will drive the future growth of the Firm

Former Contractor - Technical Editor

I worked at Steyer Content for more than a year

Pros

Great health benefits, with option for HSA 15 days of PTO 6 paid holidays Responsive HR rep

Cons

I can't think of any cons. Steyer is a great company to get a contract with.

Advice to Management

Keep up what you're doing. I've worked for many agencies, and so far, you're the best.
