Current Employee - Manager

I have been working at Columbia University Medical Center full-time for less than a year

Pros

- Excellent Benefits - Room for innovation and creativity - Strong effort to move inclusion and belonging forward so everyone has a voice - For those who want to grow and evolve in this industry,... there is room to do so within this institution - Chance to learn from REAL subject matter experts who are at the top of their field - Good work-life balance

Cons

- Washington Heights is a great neighborhood, but it can be a challenge to get to - Decentralized nature of Columbia / CUMC can be confusing

Advice to Management

Keep innovating, creating, and listening to all voices
