Former Employee - Certified Surgical Technologist

I worked at MemorialCare full-time for more than a year

Pros

Excellent place to work! They are always improving processes, keeping up with the laws and industry. The level of patient care is top knotch!

Cons

No 10 hr or 12 hr shifts for techs.

Advice to Management

Keep doing everything you are doing! Please consider 10 and 12 hr shifts for techs.

Current Employee - Analyst

I have been working at Orchard Brands full-time for less than a year

Pros

I feel valued and appreciated here. The work/life balance here is more than fair and flexible work arrangements are common. Some complain about long hours but I simply don't see it. There's a gym and... lockerroom just for Orchard Brands employees (free), which is great.

Cons

Pay is about average to slightly below average but I think this is about as good as you can do as far as the pay to stress ratio goes. As this is a small company, career paths aren't obvious but... management does a good job promoting from within and ensuring that employees see a lot of different things if they stay a while.

Advice to Management

More 401K matching would be great. Tuition reimbursement would be even better.
